The TL-POE200 is built to deliver power and data over a single Ethernet cable up to 100m in length. The PoE kit is comprised of 2 main units, the ‘injector’ injects the power and data into a single Ethernet cable, while the ‘splitter’ is placed at the oppisite end of your length of cable to receive the power and data so that it can split it back into 2 cables to connect and power an Ethernet device. The extension this device gives allows a consumer to place their cameras or other network devices almost anywhere they like and very easily connect said devices without bundles of cables, and when combined with a PoE Switch you can connect and power multiple device with the single kit.
